Ithaca Art Trail

Ithaca has this thing called an art trail where instead of going to a museum to view art, you get to visit the artist in his/her home or art studio and see their work directly at the source. We visited two artist studios this weekend. One was the mom of one of Emy's classmates who makes murals. And one was a Jenny Pope. She had her studio open and we got to see the blocks she uses to make her block prints. Emy came out of there wanting to draw so we figure we succeeded at finding an educational activity she enjoys.
