Jul 4          "Best Fourth in the North" celebration at Ticonderoga, Paradox Lake

Jul 8 - 11    Ausable Point &  Ausable Chasm for raft tour,
                  and adventure climb.
Jul 12 - 13  I cannot recall what we did or where we went, but I know that I had
a great lobster roll at Ray's Seafood Market in VT

Found It

Randy asked a person at the Cabot Creamery where we might find a local spot to eat. They told us to go to the hardware store. We did. And sure enough there was a diner very much inside of the store in the back. I ordered the cheddar and apple pancakes because when you find yourself in a strange place you order an item you wouldn't otherwise try. And here it is days later and I remember the pancakes. Oh boy, they were very excellent.

The place was called Sarahs' Country Diner. I recommend everyone drop everything and take a road trip on the 2 to Cabot, VT to try them. It's cash only and closed on Sundays.
