Box of String

The other day Randy drove us all to Cortland to get me a free craft box full of string (and to go to a Mexican Restaurant, and to play mini golf). If, and not that it would happen, but IF I were to ever get sent to a loony bin for whatever reason, please make sure to supply me with tons of string, because there is something about my brain that I have now realized since owning this box -- I can't be around string unless it's all nice and neat and knot-less. This particular personality flaw/trait enables me to spend hours playing around un-knotting and winding string, and though I am not really sure it's a good thing, and not really something I'd like to have to know about myself; it is quite frustrating and yet completely calming all at once, and could be quite useful information should I, like I said, ever be found loony.

Kat Kat's Party

There was a treasure chest hunt and a pinata and a cake, but we forgot to take pictures of those things.

More cousins.

Two Grandpas BBQ Dinner

We had Grandpa Felix, Jojo, my brother Vinny, Grandpa Larry, Terry, and her daughter, Vernisa, over for BBQ today, and we celebrated Emy's, Vinny's, and Kat Kat's birthdays with a chocolate cake.

Treehouse Step Ten - Walls

Randy has been constructing the walls of the treehouse and it's been slow going because we haven't known the window sizes (since we didn't have any windows just lying around). What's more, we wanted to find free used windows to reduce the overall cost of this project. Randy was able to find some (yay), and now he's at the wall framing stage. Pictured above, the picture window wall that shall face the pond.

80s Day at Camp

She's way more interested in the cicada than in showing off her pink hair and scrunchies. That's cause she has NO idea what the 80s are at all and couldn't care less about dressing up.
